Principle
The Intelligent Agent is built for licensed insurance professionals acting in good faith for the benefit of their clients. Use it that way and you will not run into any of this.
Prohibited
- Anything unlawful, including bait-and-switch quoting, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unauthorized practice of law or insurance.
- Scraping, crawling, mass extraction, or reverse-engineering the platform.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without a written reseller agreement.
- Sharing seats, account credentials, or API keys outside your agency.
- Attempting to bypass tenant isolation, access another tenant's data, or probe the platform's security without our written consent.
- Uploading malware, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to upload.
- Using the platform to harass, defame, or discriminate.
- Generating bulk outbound communications that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or equivalent laws.
- Training competitive AI models on platform outputs.
AI output use
AI output is a drafting aid for a licensed human reviewer. You must not:
- Use AI output as the sole basis for binding coverage, denying a claim, or making a regulated decision without a human licensed reviewer in the loop.
- Strip citations, audit trails, or AI-disclosure markers from outputs you share with clients or carriers.
- Present AI output as legal advice, tax advice, or as the official position of a carrier.
Sensitive data
Upload only what is necessary for the workflow. PHI may be uploaded for benefits quoting where you have authority to do so; treat it accordingly. Do not upload payment card data, government-issued IDs, or biometric identifiers unless we have specifically agreed in writing.
Enforcement
We will warn first where practical, but we may suspend or terminate access immediately for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal obligations. Report abuse to privacy@theintelligentagent.ai.
